NetApp appoints Thomas Ehrlich as Vice President Channels, System Integrators and Alliances EMEA

Thomas Ehrlich has been appointed as the new Vice President Channels, System Integrators and Alliances EMEA. In this role he will be responsible for the corporate strategy of NetApp’s most important pathways in EMEA including distribution and reselling partners, system integrators and alliances with technology partners. His primary responsibility is to grow the partner network across EMEA, to generate new revenue streams and to spearhead the company’s market into new territories. He will further drive the integration and execution of technology trends and solutions within this indirect community.

Thomas Ehrlich joined NetApp back in 1999 holding different positions including Indirect Sales Manager Central Europe and Director Sales GEO Central Europe. In May 2008 he was appointed Area Vice President South and Northeast EMEA, where he was in charge of all NetApp sales activities in those regions. Most recently Thomas Ehrlich was running the EMEA Field Operations group, where he built expertise around programs and processes. Thomas Ehrlich is based in Munich and reports directly to Andreas König, Senior Vice President and General Manager EMEA.
